what are your payment terms ?
Kitchenplus will never ask for money if a service has not been provided . We believe in staged and carefully calculated progress payments
Do you charge for a plan and design service ?
A well laid out detailed design and plan is a service we provide to all customers. There is a charge of $450 for this but this gets credited if we get the job. Our detailed design and plan service includes plans for all trades involved in the kitchen which include the joiner, the electrician, the plumber.
How long to you take to provide a new kitchen ?
We guarantee, within reason, a handover of a new kitchen within ten working days of the commencement of demolition of your existing kitchen . Some conditions beyond our control do apply at times
Are your kitchens imported?
No, no, no. All kitchens are New Zealand made with local guarantees and warranty’s. Like we said, we take it personally
Where is your showroom?
We come to you and work collaboratively with expert joinery companies carefully selected for measurements based on strict criteria
